Plastic magnetic rotor
Plastic magnetic rotor is a composite material made by hot melt mixing permanent magnetic powder and resin polymer (PA6, PA12, PPS) materials. Plastic magnetic products with specified shapes are manufactured by injection molding process with injection molding machine, also called injection molding magnetic rotor. Injection molding NdFeB magnetic rotor and injection molding ferrite rotor are commonly used in the market.
