High precision NdFeB magnet, SMC production equipment
NdFeB & SMC is all imported from Taiwan with a maximum position of 315T. It has advanced functions, precise control and stable operation. It can realize continuous and stable automatic production operations with thin wall thickness, high precision and diversification, and can ensure the quality of products to the greatest extent.
The maximum capacity of the company's existing equipment can reach: molding 0.28 billion pcs/year, electrophoretic coating 0.2 billion pcs/year, and spray coating 0.08 billion pcs/year.
Large-scale MIM production equipment
company has built a domestic leading and fully equipped MIM product production line and post-processing processing line. Can fully meet the customer for product structure, precision, heat treatment, mirror polishing, multi-color coating and other complex requirements.
